ZT7777 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ZT7777 online gaming platform, accessible at zt7777.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces and any other digital surfaces operated by or on behalf of ZT7777 (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full — including any documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

ZT7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The Operator operates a KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits are processed or withdrawals are approved:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document issued within the preceding three months showing your name and address.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A real-time photograph or short video confirming that the account holder matches the submitted identity document.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to fund the Account.

Deposits to your ZT7777 Account must be made using your own funds, from payment methods registered in your own name. Funding your Account with third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method. The Operator reserves the right to modify available payment methods, minimum amounts and processing timelines with reasonable notice.

Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar payment services known to Pakistani users. Reference to these names does not constitute endorsement by, affiliation with, or confirmation that these services support or facilitate transactions with this Platform. Players must independently verify payment availability through their own provider.

All deposits are processed in the currency of the Account. Where currency conversion is required, applicable exchange rates at the time of processing will apply. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

The Operator operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Unusually large, frequent or structurally suspicious deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence or account review. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or return deposits that trigger AML concerns.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and specific game categories may have reduced or zero contribution rates — consult the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus wagering is active, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per bet slip as stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided.

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

All sports bets placed on the ZT7777 Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or event-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, event-specific rules take precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed in error prior to confirmation are not valid.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. ZT7777 uses decimal odds format. All bets are settled at the odds accepted at the time of placement.

• Voided Bets: The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds, on events that did not take place as scheduled, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation.
• Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits per event and per settlement period apply and are published in the sportsbook rules section. Winnings exceeding the published maximum will be paid at the maximum limit only.

Cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are subject to ball-by-ball settlement procedures. Match abandonment, rain delays and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are handled per the published cricket betting rules.

Casino games and live dealer titles available on the Platform are provided by third-party game software suppliers and are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface.

• Placing bets under the instruction or on behalf of another person using their Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN, proxy or similar tools to misrepresent your actual location.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or places excessive load on the Platform's infrastructure.

The Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of any of the above, to void all associated bets and bonuses and to withhold funds pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZT7777 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to you for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays or failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed subject to the following:

• Any Available Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.
• Bonus balances and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

The Operator may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, where:
